Inviting New Collaborators to the Platform

What is a collaborator? That's a great question! A collaborator is a user that is external to the paying tenant of FOLIO. For example, if your furniture dealership is paying for you to use FOLIO, the end-user client stakeholders, A&D firm folks, and even brokers and GC's involved in the project could be invited as collaborator users to the platform or a project.
Collaborators who are invited to your instance of FOLIO can start new projects to engage with your firm and invite their teams to work on projects as well.

Inviting A Collaborator to FOLIO For the First Time & Collaborator Experience That Follows

Login to FOLIO.
Navigate to the Projects Tab ("Clients & Projects" Landing Page).
Click the pink "plus" button on the top right corner of the screen.
Click "Invite Collaborator".
Enter the Collaborator's first name and email.
- You can invite more than one by clicking the pink "+ Add Another Collaborator" text below the first one.
- Use the trash can icon to remove any collaborators you no longer want to invite before hitting "Send".
Once you are satisfied with your list of invitees, hit the pink "Send Invitation" button on the bottom right of the slide out.
You will receive a confirmation pop up the invitations were sent.
