Adding Services To A Budget

• Login to FOLIO and navigate to the budget in the project where you wish to add services.
• Scroll below the spaces section and click the "Add Services" button.
• On the slide out, chose the service(s) from the dropdown you wish to add.
• Click "Save" on the slide out to add the services to the budget.

Modifying and/or Removing Services On A Budget

• Login to FOLIO and navigate to the budget in the project where you wish to add services.
• Scroll below the spaces section and click the "Manage Services" button.
• On the slide out, mange the changes you wish to incorporate.
• Click "Save" on the slide out.

💎Product Tips:

• The Services of Installation, Freight, and Tax are added as whole-dollar values OR percentages of specific things inside the budget. All other services are whole-dollar value only.
  • Installation and Freight:

    • Add with whole-dollar values for the low, medium, and high values.

      OR

    • Add with a percentage. The percentage will calculate based off the sub-total of the spaces inside the project.
  • Tax:
    • There are three types of tax you can add to a project. All are able to be added as whole dollar values OR percentages as described below.
      • Tax on Product Only: When using the percentage calculation, will calculate tax based on the sub-total value of the spaces inside the project.
      • Tax on Services Only: When using the percentage calculation, will calculate tax based on the sub-total value of the services only (excluding services only tax) inside the project.
      • Tax On Products and Services: When using the percentage calculation, will calculate tax based on the sub-total value of the spaces AND services less tax inside the project.
