Reset Your Password If You Forgot It

  • To reset your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link just below where you input your email and password.
  • Enter your email on the next screen that is associated with your FOLIO user account. 
  • Follow the instructions in the email received. 
  • If you do not get an email after following these instructions, please reach out to the FOLIO team via chat or by emailing us at support@foliosi.com.
  • Note: Please store your password in a secure location. The FOLIO Team is NOT able to retrieve or see your password the password you set. The only way to obtain a new one is to reset this way or by updating in your profile via the instructions below. 

Reset Your Password From Your Profile Profile Page (If You Didn't Forget It)

  • Once logged into your FOLIO account, navigate to your profile by clicking on your name/picture in the bottom left corner of your screen. 
  • Click the pink "Update Password" page on the top right corner. 
  • Enter your new desired password on the next screen. Use the eye icon to view the text you entered as needed. 
  • Click the "Save Changes" button. Voila! Your password is updated. 
  • Note: Please store your password in a secure location. The FOLIO Team is not able to retrieve or see your password the password you set. The only way to obtain a new one is to reset this way or with the "Forgot Password" instructions above.
