Adding and Removing Items

Adding An Item To A Space

• Open the "Budget" tab inside of the project. 
• Hover over the three dots on the right side of the space. Click "Manage". 
• You will see a slider appear. Scroll down and click "Add Item". 
• Use the dropdown to pick an item from our pre-defined list. 
  • Product Tip: You can also free-type to search for items. 
• Keep adding items until you have everything added. 
• Click "Save". 
• You will see the newly added items inside your space.

Removing An Item From A Space

• Open the "Budget" tab inside of the project. 
• Hover over the three dots on the right side of the space you wish to remove. Click "Manage". 
• You will see a slider appear. Scroll down to the item you want to remove and use the trashcan icon to remove the item. 
• Hit the "Save" button. 

💎Product Tip: If you accidentally removed an item but do not want to save the change, scroll to the top of the slide out and hit the "X" in the upper right corner. Discard the edits and it will not save the changes.
