What is the Workbook Feature?

The Workbook

The Workbook is a task and checklist engine that helps users run projects from start to finish. It's built on decades of combined experience running projects from many different users, companies, and teams. We've aggregated this data so you and your team members can run successful projects for your clients, soup to nuts.

There are 39 lists available to add to each of your projects. The lists are curated around project type, industry, and the spaces and products on your project. Each list has specific tasks already populated to take the guesswork out of what to do next. Users can also add their own tasks inside a list to keep track of those extra things that come up. 

What's Next for The Workbook?

Some of the functionality that's immediately on the horizon is: 

  • Notifications and alerts ✨ Product Roadmap Tip: The first version of this feature was released on 08/24/2022.
  • Assigning tasks to your clients and other external collaborators ✨ Product Roadmap Tip: The first version of this feature released October 2022.
  • Logic that ties to the project parameters (like size and industry) and spaces to take the guess work out of the next steps.
