Adding & Managing Licensed Users
Adding FOLIO Users In Admin Panel
- Click "Admin" on the left side menu in FOLIO.
- On the "User Management" screen, click the pink "plus" button on the top right of the page.
- Add the user's email and first name you wish to invite to the platform.
- Click the "Send Invitation" button on the bottom right of the screen.

Changing User Roles And Admin Status
- Click "Admin" on the left side menu in FOLIO.
- On the "User Management" screen, locate the user you wish to change.
- Use the "Role" dropdown to change the role. The role flushes to the Project Dashboard and Project Team pages.
- Use the "FOLIO Access" dropdown to toggle a paid user between Admin and Member.
- If a user is still "pending" acceptance of the invitation, click the circle of arrows to re-send the invite.
💎 You can't change the "FOLIO Access" level of a Participant. Once a Participant, always a Participant. Participant users are only allowed "Collaborator" roles on a project. Learn more about Application and Project permissions HERE.
