Adding and Removing Lists

Adding A New Template List To Your Project Workbook

💎 Product Tip: TEMPLATE LIST = A curated list that comes programmed in your Workbook feature. You can add these lists to any project in your FOLIO tool.

  • Navigate to the "Workbook" tab inside your project. 
  • Click the pink "plus" button on the top right of the screen. 
  • Select the list you want to add to your project.
  • Use the left side bar of lists to open your newly added list or existing ones in your project.

Creating A Custom List In The Workbook 

  • Navigate to the "Workbook" tab inside your project. 
  • Click the pink "plus" button on the top right of the screen. 
  • Scroll to the bottom of list that appears and select "Create A New List".
  • Fill in the checklist name and description. The "Assigned To" and "Due Date" fields are optional. 
  • Hit "Create" when you are satisfied with the details entered. 
  • Your list will appear in alphanumerical order (sorted by list name) with the rest of your workbook lists that have been added to your project.


Removing A List 

✨ Product Roadmap Tip: We do not have the functionality available at this time to remove a list. It's on our backlog of items to address!
