Deleting A Project

Deleting A Project From The "Clients & Projects" Page

If you are a FOLIO Admin you have rights to delete any project. If you are a FOLIO Member, you must be a "Lead" on the Project Team to have access to delete a project. You can learn more about Application and Project Permissions HERE.

• Login to FOLIO and go to the "Projects" button on the left navigation (i.e. "Clients & Projects" page). 
• Locate the project you wish to delete. 
• Hover over the three vertical aligned dots on the right side of the project tile. Click "Delete" on the hover pop up menu.
• You will see a separate pop up window to confirm you want to delete the project and all of its data. 
• Hit "Delete" to delete the project. Hit "Cancel" if you do not want to delete the project. 

💎  Product Tip: There is not currently a way to get a deleted project restored. If you delete it, all of the data will be deleted.

Deleting A Project From Inside The Project Dashboard

• Login to FOLIO and go to the "Projects" button on the left navigation (i.e. "Clients & Projects" page). 
• Locate the project you wish to delete and select it to open the project. 
• Hover over the three horizontally aligned dots just to the right of the project name. Click "Delete Project" on the hover pop up menu.
• You will see a separate pop up window to confirm you want to delete the project and all of its data. 
• Hit "Delete" to delete the project. Hit "Cancel" if you do not want to delete the project. 

💎  Product Tip: There is not currently a way to get a deleted project restored. If you delete it, all of the data will be deleted.
