Editing Project Details

What are project details? Great question! The project details are the fields you filled in when you first created the project. It captures things like the project budget, headcount, industry, move-in date, and more. The instructions below walk you through how to update those details if they change on an existing project. 

Editing Project Details on Existing Projects

  • Login to FOLIO. 
  • Click the Projects Tab on the left navigation (Clients & Projects Landing Page).
  • Locate the project you wish to manage and click it to open the project. 
  • Click the "Details" tab on the top right of the Project Dashboard. 
  • Inside the "Details" tab click the pink "Edit Project Details" button. 
  • Make the changes you need in the details. 
  • Once you are satisfied with your changes, hit "Save Changes" at the top of the screen. 

💎 Product Tip: If you change your mind or want to cancel your edits, click "Cancel" at the top of the page in the edit mode ribbon.
