Add Internal FOLIO Team Members To Projects

These instructions are applicable to adding your internal FOLIO Team members to projects. Meaning, if your service provider (dealer, real estate team, A&D firm) is paying for you to use FOLIO, you will add your internal team to a project with the instructions below. Details on how to invite an external Collaborator user to a project are here.

  • Login to FOLIO.
  • Navigate to the Projects tab (Clients & Projects Landing Page). 
  • Locate the project where you need to add users. Open the project. 
  • Navigate to the "Team" tab. 
  • Click the pink "plus" button on the top right of the page. 
  • Chose the FOLIO Member from the dropdown and set the user's role on the project.  
    • You can add multiple internal team members at once by clicking the "+ Add another member or collaborator" and selecting additional users to invite following the steps above. 
  • Use the trash can next to invitees if you need to remove someone before sending the invitation. 
  • Hit the pink "Send" button. 
  • You will receive confirmation pop ups the invites have been sent.
