Accept Your First Project Invitation

Huzzah! You've received your first invitation to join FOLIO and start a project. If you are uncertain about what to do next, this article will walk you through how to join FOLIO and start your first project in the FOLIO platform. 

• Open the project invitation you received in your email. 
• Click the "Follow the Wizard" button in the email you received.
• Provide your account registration information on the welcome screen. 
• Next, you will be logged in to the FOLIO platform and will experience a guided questionnaire to kick off your first project. 
  • Answer the questions to the best of your ability. Even if you aren't totally certain of the information, that's okay! Your service provider can come back and change the information later. 
• Upon submission of your project, a few things will happen - 
  • You will be dropped into the project where you can review the answers you just submitted. 
  • You can edit your visual preferences. CLICK HERE to learn how to edit them if you need help. 
  • Your service provider team just got alerted you started a new project. Someone from the team will reach out to you via email and/or phone for next steps.
