Invite Collaborators to Your Project

FOLIO makes it easy to collaborate with your entire project team - your internal work teammates, your architect, your designer, or anyone else involved in your project. You can invite as many collaborators as you need on a project by following these simple steps. 

  • Login to FOLIO. 
  • Click "Projects" in the side bar. 
  • Click to open the project on which you want to invite people. 
  • Navigate to the "Team" tab on the top right of the project. 
  • Click the pink "plus" sign. 
  • In the slide out, enter the collaborator's first name and email. 
  • Use the "+ Add another collaborator" button to add additional collaborators. 
  • Once you have added everyone you wish to invite, click the "Send Invitation" button on the bottom right of the slide out. 

💎 Product Tip: Do not invite FOLIO service provider users to your project. They will be added by the service provider team.
