Reset Your Password If Forgotten

If you forgot your password, here are the steps to take to reset it in FOLIO.

• Open the FOLIO login screen. 
• Click on forgot password below the email/password input fields. 
• Enter the email that is associated with your FOLIO account and click the pink "Get a reset link" button. 
• Open your email. Locate the email from FOLIO Support titled "Reset your password". Click the link in the body of the email.  
• Set your new password and hit "Save Changes". 
• Once changes are saved and confirmed, login to the application. 

💎 Product Tip: Do not share your password with others and keep it saved in a safe, secure place. 

💡 Technical Tip: We take password security very seriously at FOLIO. The FOLIO team does not have access to the password you set on your account. Passwords are hashed, salted, and peppered.
